Your first visit is designed to be both thorough and relaxed. We’ll discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals before beginning treatment. Most sessions include acupuncture and may incorporate additional therapies depending on your needs. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body and a plan moving forward.
Acupuncture uses very fine, hair-thin needles that are typically felt as little to no discomfort. Most patients find treatments deeply relaxing and many even fall asleep during their session. The goal is always to create an experience that feels calming, not overwhelming.
This depends on your individual goals and what your body needs. Some patients come in for short-term support, while others benefit from more consistent care over time. We’ll discuss a recommended treatment plan after your first visit and adjust it as your body responds.
